‘To Heal the Womb, is to Heal the Woman’
~ Clare Blake, Founder of Fertility Massage Therapy™
Fertility Massage
Fertility & Womb Massage Therapy is a nurturing, gentle, deep yet non-invasive massage. I treat the whole person focusing on the lower back, abdominal and womb with the aim to help circulation in the abdominal organs helping improve the blood, nerve and lymph flow.
Womb Massage dates back thousands of years, an ancient therapy used by women to help heal themselves by massaging the womb and abdominal area. Womb massage focuses on 3 areas, Reproductive, Digestive and Sacral (lower back muscles) - if one muscle or organ is misaligned, blocked or damaged by scar tissue all other areas can be affected. Note that 80% of our immune system lives within our digestive tract; immunity, digestion and fertility are all closely linked, therefore it is important to massage the whole upper body and torso to help bring wisdom into the womb and get that ultimate Heart-Womb connection with the aim to achieve a balanced homeostasis.
The treatment also focuses on releasing physical emotions, the congestion that has been building up for years living in your gut, this hardened debris is loosened by the massage and naturally released leaving your mind and body feeling lighter and freer.
Prices start at £70
Fertility & Womb Massage is for every woman, it doesn’t matter what your fertility story is.
Trying to conceive can be tiring and stressful with a mixture of emotions, increased pressure you put on yourself and your relationship, numerous doctors appointments/procedures, ovulation tracking, the disappointment you feel when your period arrives and so on.
Its important to note that it takes around 120 days for healthy eggs and sperm to develop, waiting this time and combining regular fertility massages, a healthy diet and lifestyle and giving time for herbal supplements to kick in can enhance fertility.
Not everyone can or wants to wait which is completely understandable
Fertility Massage can support you throughout your journey:
